Maine ASCE West Point Bridge Design Contest

2009 SCHEDULE

 Local codes For Maine:                      MEB16D (High School students)
                                                          MEB18C (K-8 Students)

Please note that these codes are for a bridge with specific design parameters unlike the National contest which has no parameters. 
This was a requirement in order to receive the local code.

April 19, 2009, Midnight EST - Local Contest Registration is closed.

No new teams will be allowed to enter for the Local Contest once local registration is closed.  All registered teams can continue to submit bridge design until contest deadline.

If you miss this, the National Contest is still taking new teams.

April 26, 2009, Midnight EST - Last day to submit designs for Local Contest.

May 21, 2009 (Time to be announced) - Local Awards dinner.
Winners of the Local Contest will be announced at the Local Awards dinner in Bangor.

June 2, 2009, 1:00 PM EST - National Online Bridge Contest ends.
Last day to register and submit designs for the National contest.  There are no prizes, but plenty of bragging rights available.
